  • 4 c. All-Bran
  • 2 c. 100% Bran
  • 2 c. boiling water
  • 1 box raisins
  • 1 c. vegetable oil
  • 3 c. sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 3 tsp. salt
  • 5 tsp. soda
  • 5 c. flour
  • 1 qt. buttermilk

Directions

    Mix All-Bran, bran, water and raisins.

    Let stand 2 minutes; add vegetables, sugar, eggs, salt, soda, flour and buttermilk. Fill muffin tins 3/4 full.

    Bake at 375° for 15 to 20 minutes. Keeps up to 6 weeks; cover well and refrigerate.
