- 2 c. 100% Bran
- 2 c. boiling water
- 1 box raisins
- 1 c. vegetable oil
- 3 c. sugar
- 4 eggs
- 3 tsp. salt
- 5 tsp. soda
- 5 c. flour
- 1 qt. buttermilk
Directions

1Mix All-Bran, bran, water and raisins.

2Let stand 2 minutes; add vegetables, sugar, eggs, salt, soda, flour and buttermilk. Fill muffin tins 3/4 full.

3Bake at 375° for 15 to 20 minutes. Keeps up to 6 weeks; cover well and refrigerate.
