Bran Refrigerator Rolls

Ingredients

  • 1 c. margarine
  • 1 c. boiling water
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1 c. All-Bran
  • 1 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 2 yeast
  • 1 c. lukewarm water
  • 6 c. flour

Directions

    Pour hot water over margarine, bran flakes, sugar and salt. Allow to cool to lukewarm.

    Add eggs and yeast dissolved in lukewarm water.

    Add flour; beat thoroughly and knead.

    Cover and put in refrigerator.

    Can be left overnight.

    Remove and make into rolls.

    Let rise again about 1 hour.

    Bake at 425° for 12 minutes.
