- 3/8 c. sugar
- 1 c. bran
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 c. boiling water
- 1/2 c. whole wheat flour
- 1 beaten egg
- 1/4 c. whole wheat flour
- 2 c. unbleached flour
