- 3 c. mixed chopped fruit (packed in syrup; do not drain) (peaches, cherries, pineapple)
- 1 c. sugar
Directions

1Put in glass jar with a stopper lid.

2If you use a screw on lid, only set it on.

3Do not tighten.

4Every 2 weeks, add 1 1/2 cups fruit and 1 cup sugar.

5Stir every once in awhile with a wooden spoon.

6Do not let fruit go below 3 cups or fermentation will stop.

7Great over cake, ice cream or cookies.
