  • 4 oz. Blue cheese, crumbled and softened
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 1/2 to 1 clove garlic, finely chopped
  • 2 Tbsp. snipped fresh parsley
  • 2 Tbsp. brandy or Cognac
  • 1/3 c. sesame seed, toasted

Directions

    Beat Blue cheese, cream cheese, garlic, parsley and brandy in a small bowl on low speed until smooth.

    Cover and refrigerate about 6 hours or until firm.
