  • 1/2 lb. Roquefort cheese, crumbled
  • 1/2 c. finely chopped filberts or walnut meats
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. softened cream cheese
  • 1 c. brandy

    Combine ingredients until smooth and fluffy in an electric mixer.

    Serve with unsalted crackers, rye toast or wedges of unpeeled apples or pears.
