  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 1/4 c. butter or margarine
  • 1/3 c. warm apricot brandy
  • 3/4 c. chicken broth
  • 1/2 c. sour cream
  • 1/4 tsp. tarragon leaves, crushed
  • 1/2 c. flour
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper

Directions

    Coat chicken with tarragon, flour, salt and pepper mixture. Melt butter in large frypan.

    Add coated chicken and turn every 10 minutes; cook until brown.

    Add warm brandy and light.

    Stir in broth.

    Cover and simmer for 10 minutes.

    Remove chicken; add sour cream to pan.

    Warm and pour over chicken.
