- 4 chicken breasts
- 1/4 c. butter or margarine
- 1/3 c. warm apricot brandy
- 3/4 c. chicken broth
- 1/2 c. sour cream
- 1/4 tsp. tarragon leaves, crushed
- 1/2 c. flour
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
Directions

1Coat chicken with tarragon, flour, salt and pepper mixture. Melt butter in large frypan.

2Add coated chicken and turn every 10 minutes; cook until brown.

3Add warm brandy and light.

4Stir in broth.

5Cover and simmer for 10 minutes.

6Remove chicken; add sour cream to pan.

7Warm and pour over chicken.
