  • 1 box Zwieback crackers (in infant section of grocery store)
  • 1/4 c. powdered sugar
  • 6 Tbsp. butter
  • dash of powdered cinnamon
  • 3 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 c. white sugar
  • 1 tsp. lemon peel
  • 1 1/2 oz. brandy
  • 1 pt. sour cream
  • 2 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 8 tsp. sugar

Directions

    For the crust, crush enough Zwieback to make 1 1/2 cups fine crumbs.

    Mix them with powdered sugar, butter and cinnamon.

    Press mixture evenly on bottom and sides of a 9-inch pie plate.
