- 1 pkg. Copes corn (frozen)
- 1/2 pt. half and half
- 1/2 stick butter
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 3 or 4 eggs
- 2 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/4 tsp. Accent
Directions

1Dissolve cornstarch in half and half.

2Add well beaten eggs, salt, sugar, Accent and melted butter and mix thoroughly.

3Add corn and stir well.

4Bake pudding in dish.

5Sit dish in pan with 1 1/2 to 2 inches of water.

6Bake for 1 hour at 325° or until firm.
