- 1 (12 ounce) can evaporated milk
- 4 eggs
- 6 tablespoons sugar
- 1/2 cup cognac
- 3/4 cup milk
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/8 teaspoon nutmeg
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350.

2Beat all together. Pour into oven proof souffle dish. Place dish in large pan filled with 1 inch of hot water. Place in oven.

3Bake about one hour or until knife inserted in center of custard comes out clean. Cool to room temperature. Refrigerate until well chilled.

4Unmold by running a knife around the sides of the dish to loosen custard. Turn onto serving plate.
