- 3 c. whole Brazil nuts
- 2 pkg. (7 1/2 oz.) pitted dates
- 1 c. maraschino cherries, drained
- 3/4 c. sifted flour
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 3 eggs, beaten
- 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 Tbsp. vanilla
Directions

1Mix together nuts, dates and cherries.

2Sift dry ingredients over them and mix.

3Add eggs and vanilla; mix again.

4Pour into lined loaf pan.

5Bake 1 3/4 to 2 hours at 300°.
