Ingredients
- 6 eggs
- 2 tbsp all purpose flour
- 1 cup milk
- 2 cup sugar
- 2 tbsp butter
- 100 grams shredded coconut
Directions

1It is reccomended to sieve the egg yolks to remove the strong taste of egg.

2But it is not mandatory.

3Mix all ingredients but the coconut in a blender.

4After everything is mixed well, add the coconut.

5Blend it a bit more.

6Grease a tube baking pan with a lot of butter, then add sugar to it instead of flour, like you would usually do.

7Put the mix on top of the sugar you have just added to the pan.

8Cook on medium heat (350F or 180C) for 40 to 50 minutes.
