- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 2 c. milk
- 2 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 2/3 c. sugar
- 3 eggs, separated
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 Tbsp. butter
- 1/2 c. peanut butter
Directions

1Blend first 4 ingredients.

2Add milk.

3Cook over low heat until thickened, stirring often.

4Stir a little of hot mixture into beaten egg yolks and add to saucepan.

5Cook over low heat for 2 minutes, stirring.

6Remove from heat; add vanilla, butter and peanut butter.

7Fold in beaten egg whites.

8Pour into baked pie shell.

9Chill.

10Serve cold.
