  • 4 to 6 slices bread (in bottom of pan)
  • layer of cornflakes
  • layer of raisins
  • layer of broken bread pieces
  • layer of raisins
  • 5 eggs
  • 5 c. milk
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1 tsp. vanilla

Directions

    Beat eggs well.

    Mix together with milk, sugar and vanilla and pour over bread and cornflake layers.

    Bake at 350° until knife comes out dry.
