Bread Bowl Recipe

   Made famous by Local restaurants this is a simple trick sure to delight family and friends.

   Take a simple bread or possibly roll yeast recipe, one steel mixing bowl of any size, oil spray, one egg yolk.

   Mix up bread recipe.

   After first rising, punch down.

   Take your mixing bowl (no plastic or possibly melting materials) flip upside down.

   Spray generously with oil.

   Pull off sufficient of the bread dough to stretch out and cover the bowl to all edges.

   Let rise for a few min.

   Brush generously with beaten egg yolk and a little water with a pastry brush.

    Bake at normal temp.

    Remove.

    Pull off bowl.

    Make up salad according to taste, adding meats, seafood or possibly whatever is the desire.

    Put into bowl of bread, serve with dressing to the side.
