  • 1 gallon dill pickles
  • 2 oz hot sauce
  • 4 lbs sugar
  • 1 - 3 cloves garlic, sliced

Directions

    Drain pickles of all juice, and then discard liquid.

    Slice the pickles.

    Pour sugar over pickles and add hot sauce.

    Add garlic. Stir and put into container with tight fitting lid.

    Stir once a day for seven days.

    Put pickles into jars.
