  • 4 cup flour
  • 2/3 cup warm milk
  • 1/4 cup warm water
  • 1 1/2 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 eggs
  • 4 tbsp melted butter
  • 2 1/4 tbsp active dry yeast

    add flour , sugar salt in a large bowl and mix with a spoon

    in a small bowl add yeast and warm water then mix them well
  3. 3
    add yeast solution to the flour bowl then add warm milk and eggs .. mix all well then add melted butter and mix till it's a nice dough

    leave it to rise for about an hour

    cut the dough into 8 equal pieces

    roll each piece to be about 80 cm rope

    get a paper and make it a cone .. then make a cone of foil over it .. make 8 cones

    roll the rope of dough over the foil cone and brush it with eggs

    bake in a preheated oven 200A for 15-20 minutes

    remove the foil cone and you can put anything you would like in it i used chicken.
