  • 1 c. water
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 1 pkg. sweetener
  • 1/4 c. low-fat cottage cheese
  • 1/2 slice 40 calorie bread
  • cinnamon

Directions

    Preheat oven to 350°.

    Mix all ingredients except bread in blender.

    Pour into baking dish.
