  • 2 c. milk
  • 4 c. coarse bread crumbs
  • 1/4 c. melted butter
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 2 eggs, slightly beaten
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 c. seedless raisins
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon

Directions

    Scald milk and pour over bread crumbs.

    Cool and add remaining ingredients, mixing well.

    Pour into a 1 1/2-quart casserole dish. Place casserole dish in pan of hot water (1 inch deep).

    Bake at 350° for 1 hour, or until a silver knife inserted into pudding comes out clean.
