- 1 (2 lb.) pkg. frozen hash brown potatoes
- 1 c. diced onion
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 8 oz. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
- 1 pt. sour cream
- 1/2 stick oleo, melted
- salt and pepper to taste
- cornflakes, crushed
Directions

1Thaw potatoes for 30 to 45 minutes.

2Mix all ingredients together in large mixing bowl (except cornflakes).

3Put in 9 x 13-inch baking dish.

4Sprinkle topping with cornflake crumbs.

5Bake at 375° for 1 hour.
