- 2 1/4 c. bread crumbs
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 2 Tbsp. margarine
- 4 c. milk (you can use low-fat)
- 3 eggs
- 2 tsp. vanilla
Directions

1Heat milk and margarine; pour over bread crumbs and sugar. Stir well until bread becomes very soft.

2Beat eggs; mix well with bread mixture.

3Add vanilla.

4Pour into buttered casserole dish. Bake at 350° for 1 hour, or until done.

5Refrigerate.

6Very good hot or cold.
