  • 2 eggs
  • 2 egg whites
  • 1 1/2 c. skim milk
  • 2 Tbsp. honey
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 4 slices raisin bread, cubed (3 c.)
  • nonstick spray coating

Directions

    Spray an 8-inch round baking dish with nonstick spray coating. In a large mixing bowl beat eggs and egg whites until foamy. Beat in milk, honey and vanilla.

    Stir in bread cubes.

    Pour into the prepared baking dish.

    Bake in a 325° oven for 35 to 40 minutes or until a knife inserted near the center comes out clean. To serve, spoon warm pudding into dessert dishes.
