  • 1 c. dry bread cubes
  • 1 1/2 c. skim milk, scalded
  • 2 tsp. Sweet 'N Low (8 packets)
  • 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 2 Tbsp. raisins
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 2 eggs, lightly beaten

Directions

    Soak bread cubes in scalded milk for 5 minutes; add sugar substitute, cinnamon and raisins.

    Pour bread mixture slowly over beaten eggs.

    Add vanilla and blend well.

    Pour into a greased baking dish; bake in a slow 325° oven about 50 minutes, until firm.
