- 1 c. dry bread cubes
- 1 1/2 c. skim milk, scalded
- 2 tsp. Sweet 'N Low (8 packets)
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
- 2 Tbsp. raisins
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 2 eggs, lightly beaten
Directions

1Soak bread cubes in scalded milk for 5 minutes; add sugar substitute, cinnamon and raisins.

2Pour bread mixture slowly over beaten eggs.

3Add vanilla and blend well.

4Pour into a greased baking dish; bake in a slow 325° oven about 50 minutes, until firm.
