- 2 c. warm water (110~ to 115~)
- 2 pkg. dry yeast
- 1/2 c. oil
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 7 to 8 c. flour
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp. salt
Directions

1Combine oil, sugar, yeast and warm water in large bowl.

2Mix well.

3Add 4 cups flour, eggs and salt.

4Mix well.
-
5Stir in enough flour to make stiff dough.

6Let rise until doubled in bulk. Shape into rolls.

7Place in greased baking pan.

8Let rise in warm place until doubled in bulk.

9Bake at 375° for 15 to 20 minutes or until golden brown.

10Yield: 2 to 2 1/2 dozen.
