Ingredients

  • 2 c. warm water (110~ to 115~)
  • 2 pkg. dry yeast
  • 1/2 c. oil
  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • 7 to 8 c. flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp. salt

Directions

    Combine oil, sugar, yeast and warm water in large bowl.

    Mix well.

    Add 4 cups flour, eggs and salt.

    Mix well.

    Stir in enough flour to make stiff dough.

    Let rise until doubled in bulk. Shape into rolls.

    Place in greased baking pan.

    Let rise in warm place until doubled in bulk.

    Bake at 375° for 15 to 20 minutes or until golden brown.

    Yield: 2 to 2 1/2 dozen.
