- 1 (1 lb.) loaf bread (several days old)
- 1 (12 oz.) jar creamy peanut butter
- 1/2 c. cooking oil
Directions

1Cut each slice of bread into 5 sticks (cut crust off).

2Place on cookie sheet; bake for 1 hour at 200°.

3Place crusts in same oven.

4When time is up, crush finely the toasted crusts.

5Heat peanut butter and oil; do not cook.

6Holding toasted bread sticks with tongs, dip each stick into peanut butter mixture; allow to dry well.

7Roll in crumb mixture and place on wax paper.
