- 3/4 c. finely chopped onion
- 3/4 c. finely chopped celery
- 1/2 stick butter or margarine
- 3/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. poultry seasoning
- 1/4 tsp. sage
- pepper to taste
- 4 c. dry bread cubes
- 2 Tbsp. water
Directions

1Cook onion and celery in butter until tender.

2Mix seasonings; sprinkle over bread cubes.

3Add onion mixture and water.

4Combine. Stuff thawed, rinsed turkey and roast immediately.
