- 1 Tbsp. yeast
- 3 Tbsp. sugar or honey
- 2 Tbsp. molasses
- 1 Tbsp. salt
- 2 Tbsp. oil
- 2 c. wheat flour (unsifted)
- 6 c. white flour, sifted
Directions

1Set your oven to 350°.

2Mix warm water and yeast; let stand while measuring sugar, molasses, oil, wheat flour and white flour. Add salt last.

3Pour water and yeast mix on flour; mix and knead until it is right.

4Let raise.

5Knead down and let raise a second time, then put in loaves and let rise until double in size, then bake 40 minutes or more.
