  • 5 cups cauliflower, broken into florets
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon minced fresh parsley
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

  • 1 cup seasoned bread crumbs
  • 3 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese
  • 3/4 cup butter
