  • 1 can mexi-corn, liquid removed
  • 1 sm. green pepper, minced
  • 1 sm. onion, minced
  • 1 egg
  • 1 c. lowfat milk

Directions

    Add in extra lowfat milk if needed to make a smooth batter.

    Pour into well greased oblong pan.
