  • 5 lb. boneless chicken breasts (skinless)
  • 1 1/3 c. flour
  • 3 eggs
  • 2/3 c. milk
  • 1 c. Italian flavored bread crumbs
  • 1 c. plain bread crumbs
  • pepper to own taste
  • garlic powder to own taste
  • 2 c. oil

Directions

    Wash chicken and let drain, then roll in flour.

    Take eggs and fold in milk then dip floured chicken into it.

    Combine both cups of bread crumbs, add pepper and garlic powder to taste.

    Then take chicken and roll into bread crumbs.

    In a large skillet, heat oil and brown chicken on both sides.

    Arrange chicken in large baking pan with rack.

    Add 1 cup of water and bake 1 1/2 hours at 350°.
