  • 8 pork chops (cut 1/2 to 1-inch thick)
  • 1 tube (inner pkg.) saltine crackers
  • 1 egg
  • 1 c. milk
  • 2 c. potato chips, finely crushed
  • 1 c. bread crumbs
  • 1 stick butter
  • white pepper and onion salt to taste

Directions

    Crush saltine crackers; mix with crushed potato chips and bread crumbs.

    Dredge chops with flour.

    Mix egg and milk.

    Coat with crumb mixture.

    Melt butter in frying pan; brown both sides of chops.

    Place in a pan.

    Bake at 425° for 15 to 30 minutes, depending on thickness of chops.
