Breaded Pork Chops

Ingredients

  • 4 to 6 pork chops
  • 1 c. bread crumbs
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped onion
  • 1 can mushroom soup
  • 1/4 c. melted oleo
  • 1/4 c. water
  • 1/4 tsp. poultry seasoning

Directions

    Brown pork chops on both sides (rolled in flour).

    Mix other ingredients and put a mound on each chop.

    Blend mushroom soup and 1/3 cup of water.

    Pour over each chop and bake for 1 hour.
