  • bread (white)
  • 1/4 c. onion
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 1/2 sticks butter
  • 1/2 c. celery
  • 4 to 6 pork chops

Directions

    Fry pork chops first, but not fully done.

    Crumble bread; add onions, celery, salt, pepper and butter.

    Mix well.

    Lay pork chops on cookie sheet.

    Put breaded mixture on top of pork chops. Bake at 350° for 15 to 25 minutes.
