Ingredients
- 1/2 cup seasoned bread crumbs
- 1 Tbsp. finely chopped green onion
- 1 Tbsp. grated parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. Italian seasoning
- 1/4 cup milk
- 4 medium tomatoes sliced
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil or vegetable oil
- 1/3 to 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Directions

1In a shallow bowl, combine the bread crumbs, onion, parmesan cheese, salt and Italian seasoning; mix well.

2Place milk in another bowl.

3Dip tomato slices in milk, then coat with crumb mixture.

4In a large skillet, heat oil.

5Fry tomatoes slices for 2 minutes on each side until golden brown.

6Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese. Serves 6.
