Breaded Veal Cutlet

- 2 lb. veal cutlet, 1/2-inch thick
- 1 egg
- 3 Tbsp. milk
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 1 c. fine dry bread crumbs
- 1/4 c. cooking oil
Directions

1Cut veal into 6 serving pieces, discarding bone and skin. Beat egg slightly; stir in milk and seasonings.

2Dip veal pieces in bread crumbs, then into egg mixture and again into crumbs. Heat oil.

3Add veal and cook over low heat for 30 minutes or until well brown, turning only once.

4Serves 6.
