Break-Away Bread(Pull Apart Bread)

- 6 c. plain flour
- 2 pkg. yeast
- 1 c. boiling water
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 1 to 1 1/2 sticks margarine
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 c. shortening
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 c. warm water
Directions

1Dissolve yeast in warm water.

2In a large bowl, pour boiling water over shortening and dissolve.

3Add sugar, salt, eggs, dissolved yeast and gradually add flour.

4Mix well and refrigerate overnight in a large plastic bowl, covered. Dough will be very soft. When ready to use, turn out on well floured board and knead lightly. Roll dough to about 1/4-inch and cut with biscuit cutter. Dip each biscuit in melted margarine and stack in Bundt pan.

5Let rise 2 to 3 hours. Bake

6at 350° for 30 to 45 minutes or until done.

7Makes 2 pans.
