  • 2 eggs scrambled
  • 1 soy sauce
  • 1/4 chopped onion
  • 1 clove of garlic chopped
  • 1/4 cup mushrooms
  • 2 tbsp milk

    put onions and garlic n mushroom in pan with butter n saute.while that is cooking add milk and a couple of shakes of soy sauce n scramble together then pour over eggs n cook completely and serve

    I used leftover potatoes on the side
