- 1 lb. Bob Evans sausage
- 8 eggs
- 1/3 c. sour cream
- 1 lb. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
- 1 small can diced green chilies
Directions

1In 9 x 13-inch pan, cook sausage and drain.

2Spoon over muffins.

4eggs, add sour cream and pour over sausage and muffins.

5Sprinkle cheese over top;

6dot with chilies.

7Cover and keep in refrigerator overnight.

8In the morning, put it in a 325° oven for 1 hour.
