- 1 slice bacon
- 1 plain bagel split
- 1 tablespoon cream cheese
- 1/2 cup mixed salad greens
- 1 plum tomato thinly sliced
- fruit Fresh, choice
- coffee or tea, to serve
Directions

1Heat a medium skillet on high heat. Cook bacon 1-2 mins each side, until golden and crispy.

2Spread bottom half of bagel with cream cheese. Top with salad greens, tomato slices and bacon. Sandwich together with remaining bagel half.

3Arrange bagel on a serving tray with fresh fruit and coffee or tea.
