  • 2 1/2 lb. sausage
  • 12 oz. Cheddar cheese, grated
  • 5 slices bread (make bread crumbs)
  • 8 large eggs
  • 2 c. milk
  • 1 tsp. dry mustard

    Beat together eggs and milk; set aside.

    Fry sausage and drain grease.

    Place in casserole dish, then add grated cheese and bread crumbs.

    Pour in egg mixture.

    Cover with Saran Wrap.

    Place in refrigerator overnight.

    Next day, cook, uncovered, 45 minutes to 1 hour in 350° oven.
