- 2 1/2 lb. sausage
- 12 oz. Cheddar cheese, grated
- 5 slices bread (make bread crumbs)
- 8 large eggs
- 2 c. milk
- 1 tsp. dry mustard
Directions

1Beat together eggs and milk; set aside.

2Fry sausage and drain grease.

3Place in casserole dish, then add grated cheese and bread crumbs.

4Pour in egg mixture.

5Cover with Saran Wrap.

6Place in refrigerator overnight.

7Next day, cook, uncovered, 45 minutes to 1 hour in 350° oven.
