  • 2 ice cubes
  • 1 tsp. ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 medium banana, sliced
  • 1/4 c. part-skim Ricotta cheese
  • 1 Tbsp. wheat germ
  • sugar substitute equal to 1 tsp. sugar
