  • 1 c. sugar
  • 2 tsp. lemon juice
  • 2 Tbsp. unflavored gelatin (2 small pkg.)
  • water

Directions

    Dissolve gelatin in 1/4 cup cold water.

    Let stand 5 to 7 minutes.

    Add 1/2 cup boiling water.

    Stir until dissolved.

    Add remaining ingredients.
