- 1/4 cups Butter
- 5 slices Whole Grain Bread, Cubed
- 1 whole Banana, Diced
- 1 cup Fresh Blueberries
- 1/2 cups Pecans, Chopped
- 2 cups Milk
- 1/2 cups Sugar
- 2 whole Eggs, Slightly Beaten
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- 1/2 teaspoons Cinnamon
Directions

1Heat oven to 350F. Place butter in 1 1/2 quart casserole dish; melt the butter in the preheating oven for about 5 minutes. Then remove the dish from the oven, add bread cubes, toss to coat. Add banana pieces, blueberries and pecans, and toss gently.

2Combine milk, sugar, eggs, vanilla, and cinnamon in a medium-sized bowl; stir to blend. Pour this mixture over bread cubes.

3Bake for 40 to 45 minutes until center is set. Serve warm, or reheat in microwave.
