- 10 slices 2-day old bread, crust removed and cubed
- 6 eggs, well beaten
- 2 c. milk
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp. dry mustard
- 1/2 stick margarine, melted and cooled
- 1 lb. bulk sausage, cooked and drained
- 1/2 lb. grated Cheddar cheese
Directions

1Use 9 x 13-inch casserole.

2Alternate layer bread, cheese, sausage (about 2 layers).

3Mix remaining ingredients (except magarine) and pour over layered dish.

4Pour melted margarine over all.

5Refrigerate 3 hours or overnight is best.

6Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
