- 1/2 pound ground beef
- 1 small onions chopped
- 1/2 small green bell peppers
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper ground
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin ground
- 2 cups potatoes parboiled, diced
- 4 large eggs
- 9.00 each flour tortillas
- 1/2 cup cheddar cheese shredded
Directions

1Brown the ground beef with the onions.

2Drain the fat, then add the spices and diced potatoes.

3Whisk the eggs and milk slightly.

4Add to beef/potato mixture over a medium high heat.

5Mix together as in scrambled eggs.

6Warm flour tortillas on a hot griddle.

7Put egg/beef mixture on warmed tortilla and sprinkle with shredded cheddar cheese.

8Fold the tortilla making a burrito.
