- 1/2 lb. Velveeta, melted
- 1/2 c. salsa
- 1 lb. sausage, browned and drained
- 1 doz. eggs, beaten
- 20 large flour tortillas
- sour cream
- mushrooms (optional)
- black olives (optional)
- green peppers (optional)
Directions

1In a large bowl or casserole dish, combine Velveeta, salsa and sausage.

2Cook eggs (do not add salt) in lightly oiled skillet. Add eggs to cheese mixture.

3Warm flour tortillas according to package.

4Place four or five tablespoons of mixture in each tortilla and roll up.

5Place on platter; serve with extra salsa and sour cream.
