  • 8 slices bread (no crust)
  • 2 c. cubed Velveeta cheese
  • 2 c. ham, bacon or sausage
  • 8 slices bread (no crust)
  • 6 eggs
  • 3 c. milk or less
  • 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 c. butter
  • 1/2 c. corn flakes

Directions

    In greased, 9 x 13-inch pan, place 8 slices bread (no crust). Top with Velveeta cheese, ham, bacon or sausage and 8 slices of bread (no crust).

    Combine eggs, milk, dry mustard and salt; spread over bread mixture.

    Refrigerate overnight (covered).

    Top with butter and corn flakes.

    Bake 1 hour at 350° (uncovered).
