- 4 eggs, beaten
- 2 1/2 c. seasoned croutons (Pepperidge Farm)
- 4 c. cheese, grated
- 2 lb. sausage, cooked and drained
- 3/4 tsp. dry mustard
- 2 1/2 c. milk
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 small can mushrooms, drained
Directions

1Put croutons in bottom of casserole dish.

2Sprinkle with cheese; add sausage and beaten eggs.

3Mix milk, dry mustard and soup; pour over previous layers.

4Sprinkle mushrooms over soup mixture.

5Refrigerate overnight.

6Bake at 300° for 1 1/2 hours.
