- 6 slices white bread
- 1/4 c. margarine
- 1 1/2 c. milk
- 3/4 c. grated cheese (Colby or Cheddar)
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 tsp. prepared mustard
- salt to taste
Directions

1Cube bread in bottom of a greased 8 x 8 x 2-inch pan.

2Spread grated cheese over bread.

3Mix eggs, milk, mustard and melted butter.

4Use mixer or blender.

5Pour mixture over bread and cheese.

6Refrigerate overnight.

7Bake at 325° for 1 hour.

8You may add chipped ham or bacon before putting on the cheese, if you wish.
