  • 6 eggs
  • 2 c. milk
  • 6 slices Pepperidge Farm bread
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. dry mustard
  • 1 lb. sausage (Bob Evans or mild)
  • 1 c. grated Cheddar cheese

Directions

    Brown sausage; beat egg with salt, milk and mustard seed; add bread cubes to egg mix.

    Pour into 9 x 13-inch pan. Put sausage on top; sprinkle with cheese.

    Bake at 350°

    for 40 to 45 minutes. Make night before.
